Write. Run. That’s it.

Runverse is a free, open-source online compiler. Pick one of 20+ languages, write your code, run it. No ads, no sign-up, and you can host it on your own server.

20+ languages, ready to run.

Every program runs in an isolated environment, with its own time and memory limits. Missing a language? It installs like a package.

      What Runverse will never do

      • Show you ads

Your screen is for code, not banners.

      • Ask for your credit card

Every feature is free, for everyone.

      • Force you to sign up

Open the page and start coding.

      • Sell what you write

Your code stays yours. No tracking.

      • Hide its own code

Every line of Runverse is public on GitHub.

It does one thing: run your code. For free, today and ten years from now.

      Your server, your platform.

A school, a coding club or a company can run its own copy of Runverse, even without Internet access. Everything fits in a single Docker Compose file.

      1. Clone the repo from GitHub.
      2. Start the services with Docker Compose.
      3. Add the languages you need.
      ~/runverse

The code is public. Read it, test it, improve it.

Runverse is released under an open-source license on GitHub. Issues are open, pull requests too, and every contribution counts.
